Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques.
