Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues as they arise. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products are required.
