Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and providing excellent craftsmanship. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center offerings.
