Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to support business growth. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to develop sales techniques and product expertise. Additional duties as assigned may include training learners and communicating repair techniques.
