Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Complete additional duties as assigned while building business through quality work and customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
