Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

As our Repair Tech (Guitar) at Guitar Center, you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. The role emphasizes customer focus, initiative, selling through the GC certification program, and training others, with additional duties as assigned.
