Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Responsibilities include interacting with customers, performing maintenance and warranty repairs on instruments, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty work, and participating in GC certification programs to build product knowledge and sales skills. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly to identify opportunities and resolve issues, with additional duties as assigned.
