Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on or resolve issues through initiative, developing skills in product knowledge, store operations, and sales. Work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
