Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales through product knowledge. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Additional duties as assigned may include training learners and developing skills in store operations and leadership.
