Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales understanding, and take initiative to identify opportunities for business growth. Additional duties as assigned.
