Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Handle customer service issues, identify operational opportunities, and follow through on work activities to resolve them. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales and leadership.
