Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
