Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and effectively train learners.
