Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Handle customer service issues and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
