Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities. Gain product knowledge through certification and train learners on techniques and store operations. Additional duties as assigned.
