Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle customer service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
