Job Summary
Teach guitar and/or drums in person at Rogers School of Music, with a preference for instructors who can cover Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Candidates must demonstrate a strong music background through a performance degree or equivalent experience, show a love of teaching, and have experience working with young musicians. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required, along with the ability to pass a routine background check. Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, with a 401(K) program available after 30 days. This part-time role supports Ensemble Schools' mission to empower artists in the Twin Cities, where over 500 students receive personalized music education weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Instruct IN PERSON
- Available either Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong music background evidenced by a degree in instrumental or vocal performance or equivalent performing experience
- Demonstrated love of teaching
