Job Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging EFL lessons for teenage students following the ANGLO syllabus, emphasizing speaking and listening skills. Liaise with the Teaching Manager regarding teaching and student matters, while completing weekly schemes of work, marking assignments, and accurately recording attendance. Create an inclusive learning environment that supports British culture, ensuring students are prepared for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits. Provide adequate feedback on work and complete academic reports, while responding appropriately to incidents or complaints. Follow safeguarding and welfare policies, attend teacher briefings and CPD sessions, and maintain a professional, dynamic teaching approach.
Required Qualifications
- You have the right to work in the UK
- University degree
- TEFLI qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120 hour TEFL course)
- Native or near-native English fluency
