Job Summary
Define and maintain the target architecture for the Insurance product suite, establishing scalable, multi-tenant, and cloud-native design principles. Own the enterprise integration blueprint and data model strategy to enable configurable reporting and regulatory compliance. Drive API-first, microservices-driven patterns and DevOps standards to ensure product scalability and high availability. Partner with Product Management to shape the roadmap and support sales with technical positioning. This senior role leads the technology vision for Insurance solutions across North America, focusing on reusable product platforms and emerging technologies like AI and event streaming.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of enterprise technology experience with strong Insurance domain exposure
- Deep understanding of Insurance processes like Policy admin, Underwriting, Claims, etc
- Strong expertise in: Microservices and API-driven architectures
- Strong expertise in: Integration patterns and middleware
- Strong expertise in: Data architecture and analytics ecosystems
- Strong expertise in: Cloud-native design principles
- Experience architecting reusable product platforms (not just project implementations)
- Experience working on Insurance product platforms or SaaS solutions
