Guidewire Solution Architect

Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance projects across life, health, and general segments, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality while acting as the primary point of contact for clients to build relationships and resolve escalations. Manage cross-functional teams in underwriting, claims, and policy admin, driving performance improvements and resource allocation. Improve operational efficiency in claims processing and underwriting, implement automation and analytics for digital transformation, and identify delivery risks with mitigation plans. Ensure full adherence to insurance regulations and internal policies. This role supports business growth and new client onboarding within a remote environment.
