Guidewire Software Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage a Guidewire software team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Oversee project lifecycle from requirements through deployment, ensure stability, performance, and scalability, manage integrations with other enterprise systems, develop technical documentation and standards, collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into Guidewire solutions, manage vendor relationships, ensure security and regulatory compliance, stay current with Guidewire technologies, and manage budgets/resources for the team and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Typically 5+ years of experience managing and leading Guidewire implementations and support teams
- Deep technical understanding of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Strong experience with Guidewire configuration and integration tools (e.g., GOSU, Studio, Integration Framework)
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the insurance industry is highly preferred
