Guidewire Practice Leader

Job Summary
Lead and grow the Guidewire practice across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter while driving business development, pre-sales, and solutioning for insurance opportunities. Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team with end-to-end capability, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to shape digital transformation roadmaps. Ensure delivery excellence across large Guidewire programs and implementations by partnering with ecosystem vendors and Guidewire to strengthen alliances. Manage large-scale digital transformation programs for insurance clients, leveraging over 15 years of IT services experience and 10+ years in Guidewire program management. This remote role at Exavalu supports a diverse, inclusive workforce culture with flexibility for part-time or non-standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT services/consulting experience with a focus on P&C Insurance
- 10+ years of Guidewire program management and delivery experience
- Proven expertise in Guidewire Cloud and On-prem implementations
- Strong client engagement and CxO relationship management skills
- Experience in building/leading large practices or CoEs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Cloud)
- Exposure to AI/ML, Data & Analytics, and Digital Engineering in the insurance domain
- Prior experience in scaling practices in a global delivery model
