Guidewire Policy Center Developer IND Associate - Operate

As a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Associate at PwC, you will contribute to designing, coding, and testing Guidewire-based solutions for insurance clients, specializing in PolicyCenter configuration and integrations (ACE). You’ll work within Application Evolution Services to help clients optimize and transform their Guidewire ecosystems, delivering on-time, on-budget results while collaborating with cross-border and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include applying a learning mindset, tackling complex engagements, providing advisory-level guidance on Guidewire solutions (on-premises and SaaS), developing scalable Guidewire strategies, and contributing to client relationships through hands-on development, proposal support, and knowledge sharing. Preferred skills include deep experience with PolicyCenter, Guidewire integrations, GOSU, XML/JSON, and tooling such as SOAP UI, Postman, SVN, and Git, plus familiarity with DevOps and build/deploy processes. Willingness to work Second Shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) to support US-based clients is noted. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, with ACE certifications (PolicyCenter Configuration ACE and Integration ACE) being advantageous.
