Job Summary
Lead the development and customization of applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations. Analyze client requirements and implement software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing to optimize operational efficiency. Design, code, and test software solutions while providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving, and initiate coaching conversations to enhance team performance. Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project deliverables, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English

- Hands on experience in Guidewire configuration product
- Guidewire Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter/ ClaimCenter Configuration
