Job Summary
Guidewire Lead Developer role within PwC's Managed Services AES/AMS with Senior Associate level responsibilities. Lead and deliver Guidewire insurance-suite solutions (PolicyCenter, Claims, Billing) for clients, architecting scalable, hybrid IT deployments (on premises and SaaS), and aligning with client goals. Build client relationships, coach teams, navigate cross-border engagements, and drive quality and delivery within a global team. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 6-9 years of experience; preferred certifications include PolicyCenter ACE and Integration ACE. Role includes working second shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) to support US-based clients and occasional travel. emphasizes problem solving, strategic thinking, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6-9 years of experience in Guidewire/insurance software
- Guidewire Lead Developer experience
- PolicyCenter configurations knowledge (ACE)
- Experience delivering Guidewire solutions (on premises and SaaS)
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
- Willingness to work second shift to support US-based clients
