Job Summary
As a Guidewire Full-Stack Engineer Manager at PwC, you will lead the development and customization of applications on the Guidewire platform for insurance clients. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, ensuring successful project planning and execution, mentoring team members, and maintaining professional standards. Required skills include proficiency in Core Java and Gosu for backend development, JavaScript and ReactJS for frontend development, and strong problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or IT and at least 8 years of relevant experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or Information Technology
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in web application design and implementation
- Hands on experience in Guidewire Implementation
- Backend: Core Java, Gosu Language
- Front End: JavaScript, ReactJS, Typescript
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to accelerate learning, improve productivity, and enhance delivery outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting and business development activities, including scoping, estimation, resource planning, and solution design
- Experience with cloud migration initiatives
- Experience in Agile delivery models (SCRUM or SAFe)
