Job Summary
Guidewire Developer - Senior Associate based in Shanghai. Develop and customize Guidewire applications to meet insurance clients’ needs, including policy administration, claims management, and billing. Analyze client requirements, design, code, and test software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration of business applications. Build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs of teams and clients, and navigate complex challenges while upholding professional and technical standards. Travel up to 40% to serve client engagements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience; preferred fields include actuarial science, business/management, data analytics, IT, software engineering, or related disciplines; certifications in Guidewire and Scrum Master are a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Location: Shanghai with up to 40% travel.
