Guidewire Developer- ClaimCenter (Insurance)

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects on the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Provide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, overseeing architecture, design, and implementation while managing risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives. Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery, while driving innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Lead resource planning, performance management, and team development within the Open Systems Application Development team under the Capacity Model.
