Job Summary
Guidewire CC Configuration Developer - Senior Associate role based in Hyderabad, India. The person will support sprint planning, analyze client requirements, complete design and development, guide the team on tasks, perform design and code reviews, support testing and client queries, and interface with the onsite team. Must possess hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience, strong Gosu scripting/UI/Data Model skills, Webservices, XML, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), and familiarity with SCM tools (Git, TFS, SVN). Additional qualifications include exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), knowledge of servers/containers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere), and experience with Agile SCRUM or SAFe. Insurance domain knowledge, solid communication, and evidence of estimation, team leadership, code review, and mentoring skills are required. The posting notes travel and two Guidewire implementations as preferred. The role entails collaboration across locations, design and development activities, and active participation in scrum and CoE initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Strong knowledge of Gosu scripting/UI/Data Model
- Experience with Webservices, XML, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Experience with SCM tools (Git, TFS, SVN)
- Experience with application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere)
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Estimation, team leading, code review and mentoring skills
- At least two Guidewire implementations
- Good written and oral communication
