Job Summary
Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting for Guidewire implementations across global clients. Lead technical streams within Guidewire projects, mentor the project team, plan and monitor deliverables, report to managers/onsite coordinators, and interface with customer representatives. Willingness to travel to customer locations. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration, Property & Casualty Insurance, and either Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products. Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic, and enterprise integration practices; prior client-facing experience is required. Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA
- 3 to 7 years experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products
- Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT
- Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System
- Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic
- Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain
