Job Summary
Guidewire Business Analyst responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to Guidewire capabilities, coordinating with architects and developers on solution design, analyzing integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs, supporting testing and UAT, and delivering end-user documentation and training.
Required Qualifications
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
- Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
- Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
- Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
- Define workflows, configurations, and business rules
- Analyze and document integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs
- Support test planning, UAT, and defect resolution
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training
- Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
