Job Summary
Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales plans, and developing Guides. Create an exceptional customer experience through strong sales floor presence and optimal selling behaviors. Preserve long-term relationships by maximizing the client book and maintaining outreach expectations. Manage the expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance while recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Execute visual merchandising standards and promote brand awareness to generate traffic. Lead a team of 1-3 Lead Guides and 4-10 Guides under the District Manager, fostering innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Have in-depth retail experience
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years managing a retail store or relevant experience
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
