Job Summary
Serve as a branch-based Guide at Lookout Credit Union, acting as the primary point of contact for members and processing transactions, opening accounts (Online Account Opening), promoting digital banking features (mobile wallet, RDC, e-statements, bill pay, Zelle, debit/credit cards, and other OLB tools), answering loan inquiries with rate/term guidance, maintaining product knowledge across deposits, loans, and services, and balancing cash while delivering education and support aligned with the Credit Union’s values.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Experience: 1 month to 12 months of similar or related experience
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and applications including email and word processing
- Attention to detail and entering data accurately
- Ability to adequately balance cash drawer and daily transactions
