Job Summary
Guide to welcome guests and deliver a calm, thoughtful guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing orientation for the Bathhouse experience, answering questions about amenities and policies, assisting with check-in/check-out and waiver processing, monitoring guest flow for safety, communicating feedback to management, promoting services and retail offerings, upholding hospitality and safety standards, and assisting with opening/closing and shift transitions. Requires hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, ability to work in a busy environment, reliable and team-oriented, and ability to use reservation/POS systems. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
- Warm and welcoming demeanor, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a busy, high-touch environment.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-oriented when issues arise.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed.
- Comfortable learning and using reservation or POS systems (training provided).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
