Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling to students, assisting them in developing academic and career plans while implementing programs for personal and social development. Collaborate with teachers, families, and community agencies to address student needs, participate in assessment and intervention processes, and deliver crisis intervention as required. Educate students and staff on mental health and well-being topics while maintaining accurate, confidential student records. This role operates within a professional school environment, involving moderate noise levels and occasional local travel for school-related functions. A Master's degree in School Counseling and valid South Carolina certification are required.
