Job Summary
Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property-specific standards, including a designated number of rooms per shift. Replenish supplies and organize the housekeeping cart while monitoring cleanliness of public areas both inside and out. Report any damage, repair needs, or lost supplies. Greets guests warmly and completes tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager. Maintain consistency, efficiency, and high standards of cleanliness and order. Work in uniform, attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, and uphold a team-oriented approach. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to lift 50 lbs, and stamina for standing, kneeling, and walking up stairs. Located at Hotel Ketchum in Ketchum, Idaho, this role supports the Rooms Division in maintaining a sparkling environment for leisure and business travelers.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must report to work in uniform and arrive to all shifts on time
- Must work well under supervision and be a team player
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel and squat
- Must be able to walk up and down stairways
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Housekeeping experience preferred
