GUEST SERVICES-VALENTINA'S (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY)

Control guest seating in the dining room to ensure quality service, maximize sales, and create a positive first impression on the phone and in person. Answer guest inquiries, handle requests and complaints with satisfaction as the priority, and exemplify hospitality standards. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed while maintaining knowledge of all restaurant procedures and safety guidelines. Reports on time per the work schedule, adheres to uniform and hygiene requirements, and follows all national, state, and local health and sanitation guidelines. Weekend availability only.
