Job Summary
Guest Services staff for the University of Wisconsin–Madison (BEST Crowd Management) focused on delivering exceptional customer service to event attendees. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, helping with event set-up (signage, equipment), monitoring areas for cleanliness and policy compliance, answering questions, guiding guests to seating and facilities, addressing inquiries and issues promptly, collaborating with event staff and vendors, assisting with crowd management, and adhering to company policies to maintain professionalism. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
