Job Summary
Guest Services Staff at BEST Crowd Management provides outstanding customer service to event attendees, assists with event setup and signage, monitors and maintains clean, organized venues, answers guest questions, guides guests to seating/restrooms/concessions/exits, handles inquiries professionally, collaborates with event staff and vendors, and supports crowd management to ensure a safe, enjoyable attendee experience. Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, reliability and punctuality, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stay calm under pressure; prior customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
