Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees; assist with event set-up and signage; monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance; answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities; guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits; address inquiries and issues promptly; collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations; assist with crowd management as needed; adhere to company policies and uphold professional service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
