Job Summary
Guest Services Staff at BEST Crowd Management will provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, assist with event set-up and crowd management, answer questions about the event and facilities, guide guests to seating and amenities, and ensure safety and compliance with venue policies. Requires 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
