Job Summary
Answer guest questions, direct patrons to venue areas, and operate coat check rooms while scanning tickets and administering wristbands. Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption to ensure safety, resolve complaints, and assist ADA patrons. Seat guests, enforce venue policies, and participate in emergency evacuation teams. Complete required trainings and attend employee meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This role supports AEG's mission to host 160 million guests annually across 300+ venues, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for artists, athletes, and fans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 0-2 years Of related work experience
- Ability to work in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Positive attitude with superior customer service skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed according to venue schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry preferred
