Job Summary
Set up dining rooms before meals, prepare coffee, and restock supplies while cleaning beverage stations. Assist with meal service and preparation, then clean and reset the dining hall by wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping floors. Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, empty trash and recycling bins, and maintain cleanliness of outdoor storage areas. Check and restock public restrooms before and after meals in all required areas. Be available during meals to answer guest questions and connect them with appropriate staff. Support the Food Service Manager and kitchen staff as needed to ensure efficient operations. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor trash and mop storage areas.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handlers certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to identify and respond to safety hazards related to assigned equipment and vehicles
