Job Summary
Guest Services Team Member at Publix Sports Park — provide first contact information and support to guests, greet and assist visitors, register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-in activities, operate the ticket sales booth and handle cash, supervise athletic events, record scores for tournaments/leagues, maintain venue cleanliness, and resolve guest concerns while enforcing venue policies; requires knowledge of facility programs, strong customer service skills, cash handling, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 16 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends from August to May, and both weekday and weekend availability from June to July
