Job Summary
Manage internal House operations and serve as the primary staff contact for guest families during shifts, maintaining a supportive environment while directing housekeepers and volunteers. Provide an atmosphere of warmth by interacting with guests, meeting their needs, and responding to crisis or emergency situations with calm professionalism. Oversee special events, coordinate with maintenance teams for facility repairs, and ensure accurate data entry for the guest database. Conduct security walk-throughs, monitor cameras, and log donations while maintaining inventory of household items and cleaning supplies. Collaborate with Cincinnati Children's and other vendors to ensure program support and attend daily staff meetings. This float position requires a minimum of three shifts per month, including a regular Sunday evening shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with additional shifts available based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human or customer services fields
- At least two years related experience
- Exceptional collaboration, guest relations, and communication skills
- Understand and practice confidentiality
- Strong computer skills
- Minimum of 3 shifts per month
- Regularly scheduled shift every Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
