Job Summary
Answer all incoming calls via the switchboard professionally and provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly. Create genuine connections through active listening and empathy while handling complaints positively and escalating as required. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other front office teams regarding room changes, dining bookings, and guest feedback during and after shifts. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and maintain organization across a 7-day roster including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
