Job Summary

Guest Services Supervisor (Temporary Assignment) leads a team of 8-15 Guest Services Representatives in a Vancouver, BC-based seasonally anchored role. Responsibilities include coaching for high performance, conducting weekly individual check-ins, supervising day-to-day operations to meet service level goals, collaborating with other supervisors and managers, resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting system errors with technology teams, auditing and reporting on KPIs, conducting annual performance appraisals, participating in personnel actions, building daily schedules with the Scheduling team, coaching staff to deliver guest-centric interactions aligned with brand tone and QA standards, and developing French-language resources to support operations and communications. Future work may involve leading meetings, assisting with training, documentation of standard operating procedures, participating in interviews, and supporting recruitment efforts. Required qualifications emphasize 2+ years of team leadership (8-15 people), 3+ years in a contact centre environment, bilingual French/English, post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent, strong communication and coaching skills, proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with Salesforce/Calabrio, and knowledge of Arc’teryx products or outdoor-related products. The role requires a minimum three days per week in-office with a hybrid schedule, and is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The compensation range is $71,000 - $80,000. Sixteen.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience leading a team of 8-15 individuals or equivalent leadership experience
  • 3+ years experience in a Contact Centre/Service environment
  • experience driving employee engagement and recognition programs
  • post-secondary education in a related field or combination of related experience
  • bilingual in French and English (read, write, speak)
  • excellent communication skills and ability to coach in both French and English
  • proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Calabrio or similar systems
  • knowledge of Arc’teryx products or outdoor-related products
  • ability to coach, provide feedback, and handle difficult conversations
