Job Summary
The Guest Services Supervisor - PM Shift is responsible for overseeing the registration and check-out processes, maintaining guest accounts, and ensuring a high level of service and hospitality in the hotel. This role includes training front desk employees and managing guest complaints with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent background in customer service
