Job Summary
Oversee Guest Services Representatives on event days while providing exceptional customer service and assisting all guests. Greet and scan tickets as guests enter the building, usher them to their seats, and provide directional assistance throughout the facility. Control access to restricted areas, report policy violations to management, and complete incident reports for events. Ensure emergency exits remain clear and act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by directing guests to exits. Assist guests with different needs in entering and exiting the facility while moving to various positions as event needs dictate. Hand out materials to guests as needed and follow all event procedures and safety standards. This part-time role operates from September through May with an hourly rate of $18.00, offering 401(k) savings and matching.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items as needed
