Guest Services Supervisor

Register and process guests upon arrival and departure while demonstrating telephone courtesy and professionalism. Supervise guest services operations, including recruitment, orientation, training, and scheduling, while assisting in reviewing billing accounts and department reporting. Investigate complaints and initiate corrective action to maintain product and service quality standards. Maximize revenue and occupancy using appropriate selling techniques and maintain clean, professional appearances of public areas and the hotel office.
